Territory Acquisition Manager
About the role
Generate new business through door-to-door outreach in neighborhoods hit by recent hail and storm events. You'll engage homeowners, spot the signs of storm damage, and explain how the insurance claims process actually works. We train people, not resumes.
What you'll do
Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods and introduce Roof Technologies to homeowners; conduct preliminary property assessments and document potential damage; educate homeowners on the insurance claim process and roofing options; set qualified inspections and appointments; work with urgency and persistence to build a steady pipeline.
Pay & benefits
Commission-based at 8% of collected revenue, plus revenue milestone bonuses. Unlimited paid time off, 401(k) with company match, medical health share, and company vehicles provided for qualifying roles.
