Neighborhood Development Director
About the role
Own a territory and build Roof Technologies' presence in storm-affected neighborhoods. This is a field role for someone who likes being out among people, building trust with homeowners and turning storm damage into a clear, handled process.
What you'll do
Develop and work a territory of storm-impacted neighborhoods; build relationships with homeowners and local referral sources; assess and document roof damage; guide homeowners through the insurance claim process; set and attend inspections; keep a full pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Pay & benefits
Commission-based at 8% of collected revenue, plus revenue milestone bonuses. Unlimited paid time off, 401(k) with company match, medical health share, and company vehicles provided for qualifying roles.
