About the role
Lead business development for a market. You'll grow the pipeline yourself and help build the team that grows it with you — a role for someone who has done the work and is ready to take on more.
What you'll do
Own new business growth for your market; develop referral partners and commercial relationships; coach and support developing reps; track pipeline and results; represent Roof Technologies in the community.
Pay & benefits
Commission-based at 8% of collected revenue, plus revenue milestone bonuses. Unlimited paid time off, 401(k) with company match, medical health share, and company vehicles provided for qualifying roles.
