Walk homeowners through a months-long roof restoration, start to finish. We train people, not resumes — bring the right attitude and we'll teach the rest.
What you'll do
Be the customer's point of contact through the whole project; learn the trade through classroom training, then field work with support; sweat the details so nothing slips.
Pay & benefits
W2 + 401k, company truck / ladders / uniforms, and a draw while you ramp. Typical first year ~$70k DOE; our top reps clear six figures.
